 ¾ cup porridge oats
 1 tsp baking powder
 a pinch of salt
 ¾ cup soya milk (or any other plant based milk)
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Measure all your ingredients into a blender. I love to use the Nutribullet for this as it is very handy.

Blend the ingredients very well until smooth.

Allow the batter to thicken while you heat your waffle iron. It needs about 2 to 5 minutes to reach the desired consistency.

Pour the batter into the waffle iron and bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until fully baked.
